No, all files (Extensions, Templates, eBooks, Tutorials) are original and have been purchased.
### IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE DOWNLOAD?
You can download any file you want, but each user is limited to 5, 10, or 15 files per day, depending on their subscription type.
### WHY CAN I DOWNLOAD ONLY 1 FILE PER DAY?
Please avoid using IDM, IDA, or similar download managers with multiple connections. Also, do not use VPNs, proxies, or VPS for downloading.
### I NEED AN EXTENSION THAT DOES NOT EXIST ON YOUR SITE
You can request it, and if possible, we will purchase the file and make it available on MyShop.Place.
### THE FILE UPLOADED INCORRECTLY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

### FRAUD AND SCAMS
If a user is found cheating, their account will be deleted without warning. Accounts will be removed for:
- Downloading files from a company (JoomShaper, SmartAddons, LT, MO, etc.) in a series
- Downloading new files in a series
- Downloading via VPN, proxy, or VPS
- Using multiple accounts for downloads
User behavior is monitored daily by software and humans. Suspicious users will be disabled for a week. If a user shares or sells our website files on other sites, their account will be blocked, all points deleted, and no money will be refunded. Accounts with fake information on the payment form will be deleted.

### INSTALLATION
If you encounter any issues during installation, we are here to support you. However, please keep in mind the following:
- Every PC is different. You have your own type of device, antivirus software, and other variables.
- A failed installation on your system does not necessarily indicate a problem with the software itself.
- Some software requires a complex installation process that may go beyond your experience level. Therefore, we cannot guarantee or promise that every of our product will work 100% for you.
