Installation without using “Neural Filters”:

– Make sure your system is up to date (Windows update)

1.visual c++
– After opening the .ISO image file, install the included “Visual C++ Redistributable”.

3.setup
– Run the “Set-up.exe”.
– In the pop-up window, select the installation location, the language you want to use, and finally “Continue”.
– After the installation is complete, you can start the program.

Installation using “Neural Filters”:

– Check if your system is up to date (Windows update)

1.visual c++
– After opening the .ISO image file, install the included “Visual C++ Redistributable”.

2.creative cloud
– Then run the “Adobe Creative Cloud” program by running the “Set-up.exe” file.

– Log in with your “Adobe ID” (If you don’t have one, create one), then wait for the program to update itself!
– Go to the “Adobe Creative Cloud” (File/ Preferences/ Apps) menu, then turn off the “auto-update” option,
or if you want to install Photoshop to a drive other than the default “C://”, set the “installing location” option underneath.
This should also be selected in the Photoshop installer! Then close the window!

3.setup
– Once you have these, run “Set-up.exe”.
– In the window that pops up, select the installation location, the language you want to use the program in, and finally “Continue”.
– When the installation is complete, exit the program.

4.creative cloud patch
– Run the file Creative cloud.cmd. (This will stop the crative cloud from running.)
– Copy the contents of the patch dll folder “AppsPanelBL.dll, AppsPanelIL.dll” to the following folder by overwriting the original files in the folder.
( C:/Program Files (x86)/Common Files/AdobeAdobe Desktop Common/AppsPanel/AppsPanelBL.dll, AppsPanelIL.dll)
